About RECTIFY & Our Team

RECTIFY is a Trauma-Informed Peer Support Reentry Organization. We operate from a person-centered approach and were founded by individuals with decades of lived experience in the criminal justice system. RECTIFY understands firsthand the many challenges facing our citizens returning home from incarceration. We have set out on a mission to RECTIFY the current state of affairs concerning the treatment, perceptions, and quality of services provided to formerly incarcerated people and their families.

Our Team consists of clinical professionals, businessmen/women, academics, students, para-professionals, formerly incarcerated persons, and family advocates all shining a light on what it means to be Justice Impacted.

RECTIFY is the embodiment of community building. It is our philosophy that the structure of the community is built from the bottom up and those closest to the problem are closest to the solution. Equitable reintegration must be supported from the inside out. This includes all that are touched by the process.
